Terms of Use.

The Bognor Coastal art trail showcases artists studios from Pagham through to Elmer along the 7 mile coastal strip. It takes place over the last two weekends in July each year. There is no admission charge for visitors.

  • Venues will be open from 10.30am to 5pm each weekend
  • Any artist is welcome to apply; however, to be eligible, your work and working methods must be showcased at a venue within the 7 mile strip from Pagham to Elmer
  • Artists residing outside the designated area or without their own studio/workspace may partner with one other artist who lives within the qualifying area
  • Maximum of two artists may share a venue
  • Each artist must register and pay individually
  • Register in your own name and not a trade name
  • Maximum of 40 artists on a first come first served basis. Once the upper limit is reached , no further entries will be accepted.
  • Please proof read your details as they will be uploaded to the Bognor Coastal Art Trail website
  • When paid, registration fees are non refundable

By registering to take part in the Bognor Coastal Art Trail I agree to:

  • Open and supervise my venue on the dates and for the times advertised
  • Offer an understanding of my working methods
  • Have my own public liability insurance
  • Conform to basic Health and Safety guidelines
  • Collect signs, posters and trail guides for my venue
  • Advertise and promote the event
  • My details being held on the art trail database
  • Submitted images being used for publicity
  • Steward for a half day as required at the preview exhibition
  • Fill in the Evaluation form to give feedback on footfall and sales
  • Remove all art trail signage after the last day of the trail
