Since retiring I have immersed myself in my crafting, initially card making but have now found my niche in decorating and personalising battery powered WAX candles with dancing flames.

I purchase candles, which carry a CE trademark, so they are safe. Batteries are included. I then decorate them with images of flowers, birds, animals, scenes or words for a special memory candle, or I can personalise them with your own photo image as a unique gift.

I also enjoy handmaking seed bead jewellery by using a Kumihimo disc (which I will be demonstrating on the Art Trail) and hand weaving seed beads to make light and pretty jewellery sets of necklaces, bracelets and earrings. I will also be showcasing some small bookmarks with Kumihimo embellishments and handmade angel bag/purse decorations
